Children’s Day 2016

Children’s Day is an exceptional day to mark the importance of childhood. It is a day dedicated to our children in order to honor their healthy growth and happiness. It is also to celebrate them by providing a fun and engaging environment. Thus, our KG Department celebrated it on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 whereas Grades 1-12 enjoyed it on Thursday, November 10, 2016.

Corners were set up all across the school’s playground, no students were seen inactive, all were intensely involed in the provided booths. The activity teams made sure to organize student friendly and engaging activities. Such as the Art Corner gave our students an opportunity to appreciate and display their artistic inner-self, they were given open options to create their own Children’s Day souvenirs. Students designed their own treasure boxes, decorated cups, created appealing bookmarks, and made celebratory cards for their friends and families. On the other side, Transformation and Photobooth Corners were seen to be interestingly filled with big crowds; students were busy getting themselves ready  to capture their looks in Polaroid photos. The rest of the other corners were focused to entertain our audience with vigorous activities.

The school did its best to spread love and appreciation to each and every student, and hopes that this day will be remembered and treasured in everyone’s hearts.
